Mikel: From a young age, I knew I was destined to become a made man. I was groomed for this life, and I earn my keep in the family by paying my dues. One of my favorite ways to launder the money is through my joint, The Chrysalis Club. When a new dancer, Chastity, took to the stage, I saw the butterfly emerge from her cocoon, and I knew she would be mine. I always get what I want. Always.
Chastity: I took this job to pay my way through college, urged by a friend from school who said she was doing the same with her tips. I never thought I would have the confidence to dance for money, but the men at The Chrysalis Club are different from what you see in those seedy stripper bars on TV and in movies. They treat me like a lady. On my first day, I was so nervous I almost ran away. Then, I locked eyes with him, Mikel, and I couldn't look away. He's always there, watching me, and I like it.
