This story was interesting. The way you described the characters and how they wanted each other. The Wrangler how he knew how to satisfy the sub. BDSM is a fascinating style. I don’t want to try it but it just fascinates me reading about it. Great writing.

That Voice!
The story was hot and short. I will be looking for more by this author. I will also be sure to find more books narrated by Dawson McBride. I would listen to his hot voice read the back of a cereal box.

A sizzling short

Not what I wanted.
I had to BBC turn up the speed on the narrator, because he was soooooo, slow! and I thought there'd be a little more actual sex, not just a quickie.

Sam Elliot style narration of bdsm session
I love Sam Elliot’s deep, gravelly, rugged voice... but I’m not sure I’d want him to read me a sex scene. This narrator has the same voicing and it made me think of the H as an old (or at least middle aged) man. The narration was also even and methodical, which didn’t exactly bring the heat for me. Instead, it felt almost clinical.
The entire “story” walks us through a single bdsm club session and then in the final minutes they mutually feel there’s something special between them... for no real articulated reason. Yes, this is erotica and a super short novella to boot. But, I’ve listened to erotic quickies that have managed to bring heat, humor, plot and dialogue. For example: for a raunchy quickie with Deadpool style humor, try Just The Tip. For free as part of Audible Plus, it was an okay listen, if only to convince me to pass on paying for books that combine this author with this narrator.
