Mediera learns about her home in the top of the cedars. She is ejected by her mother tree. She falls to the floor, to be saved by a nymph , named Laeto.
Thinks the the sprites are damaging her tree home.
She learns her home is dying and its the sprite, who are using the tree as their new home.
She finds her fated mate in Laeto.
this short,spicy story is entertaining,
Michael Gallagher and Leeane Woodward narration is very good.
