They celebrate New Year a little bit differently in Scotland!
Vanessa’s family has surprised Donnie and her with an extra special Christmas present—a trip to Scotland to spend New Year’s Eve, or Hogmanay as they call it, with some of her old gap-year friends. Donnie is delighted, finally feeling like he’s moved from the friendzone into a proper relationship, even if Vanessa does like to play some strange and kinky games with him (and other people).
Donnie soon finds out that there’s more to Edinburgh than just the tourist sights. Vanessa’s friends are professional dommes, and are preparing to throw a NYE party like no other. monotone narration
Mara Renaud's latest audiobook was a letdown. While the plot had its moments, it felt thin, and the inclusion of only one sex scene didn't elevate the material. The real problem, however, was the narration. The monotonous, uninspired delivery made it incredibly difficult to stay engaged, ultimately undermining the entire listening experience.
