wonderful story with more great characters. The Eternity Springs series is great, and this book did not disappoint. I want to be Celeste when I grow up!

Another Great Emily March

I loved Gabby’s character - her strong heart, her upbeat manner, her loyalty and her determination! Emily March has developed awesome characters throughout her series! I love the community of love and friendship!

Brilliantly intricate story

Who speaks in a down tone on every sentence? This narrator does! Overly dramatic and just doesn’t sound natural. If it wasn’t for that, I would have really enjoyed this book. Maybe I will try downloading and reading the book over, and see if that helps.
I seriously hope this narrator does not do any other books in this series.

With the knowledge and understanding that I am reading Chick Lit, and that this is the eighth book in the series, I began this book with an expectation of suspended belief.

This novel stretched the believable fictional boundaries for me. The plot flexed into a high-seas period novel. This is a contemporary novel, the evildoers shouldn’t have been cast as pirates. The hero who dragged himself "home" scarred and partially blind should have taken the pseudonym Mr. Rochester. Read this one fast. The next one is better.
