The provided synopsis is misleading. Yes, there's plenty of sex and fortunately the sex is definitely written from a man's perspective which is truly refreshing. There's just a primal depth here that M/M Romances written by female authors cannot grasp.
Unfortunately, this devolves from Erotica into some pretty serious content. Stalking, attempted murder, sexual torture, gang-rape, incest. If that's what you're looking for, fine. However none of that information was provided ahead of time.
if you're looking for consensual, vanilla erotica then this isn't for you. This is light BDSM and "Kink." I use Kink lightly because there are no discussions of consensual scenes before they're played out.
