Michelle Amecke, born in 1970, is a certified pedagogue, systemic coach, and sexual and couples therapist. For nearly 30 years, she has been working with people and is passionately committed to civil courage, authentic living, and equality. Her goal is to make essential tools for self-leadership accessible to everyone, enabling people to navigate life freely and responsibly. Crises are inevitable, but the key lies in how well one knows and can utilize their strengths. Through her professional and personal experiences, Michelle has come to understand that much more is possible than most people realize. With her psychological guidance and her books, she supports inner growth and personal development, aiming to help others achieve maximum joy in life. As the granddaughter of a bookseller, Michelle has always been closely connected to books, reading, and writing. Her professional journey has taken her from pedagogy through body therapy to sexual and couples therapy. She combines these experiences with mindfulness and spirituality to create an approach that can lead anyone to a fulfilled life and greater happiness. Michelle loves straightforward, minimalist education that is easy to implement. Her motto: Be happy – no ifs, ands, or buts.
