Book Cover Bio Linda Marie is a native Floridian and grew up in Miami. She retired after a 28-year career in law enforcement forensics, where she worked in crime scene and latent fingerprint identification. Linda was also a member of the U.S. Disaster Mortuary Operational Response Team (DMORT) and the Weapons of Mass Destruction Team (DMORT-WMD). She was a member for almost 20 years. In addition, she has worked with dog rescue groups for many years, and some of her “fosters” have become permanent members of her family. Linda currently lives in North Florida and continues to write.
