Joy Mutter was born in Jersey in the Channel Islands and lived there for eighteen years. She worked as a professional graphic designer in Kent for more than twenty years. After moving to Oldham in 2012, she's been busy writing, designing, and publishing her books ever since. Though she's been writing books since 2007, Joy waited until 2015 to publish six of them on Amazon. Since then, she's written and published more than twenty books in various genres. They are all available on Amazon in paperback and Kindle editions. Nine also have audiobook editions on Audible, iTunes, and Amazon. Her first three books are third-person memoirs that form The Mug Trilogy. Potholes And Magic Carpets is a contemporary novel. Living With Postcards is the author's first non-fiction book. Random Bullets is a paranormal crime thriller. Her Demonic Angel is fourteen of her best short stories. The Hostile Series consists of four "compelling, strange, and wonderful" paranormal crime thrillers. The Trouble With Liam is a psychological crime thriller and the first book in The Trouble Series. The other three books in the series are erotic thrillers. The Brothers Grimshaw is a third-person memoir set in the 1970s. A Sunny Day In Oldham is a thriller. Nuru And His Crows is book 1 in the Nuru And His Crows Series of erotic thrillers. Book 2 is The Storms of Padstow and the author is working on book 3 of the series.
