Eli Revelle Yano Wilson is an associate professor of sociology at the University of New Mexico. His award-winning research explores how race, culture, and social inequality intersect in today’s workplaces. Dr. Wilson’s books include Front of the House, Back of the House: Race and Inequality in the Lives of Restaurant Workers, and Handcrafted Careers: Working the Artisan Economy of Craft Beer. He lives and makes a home in both Albuquerque, New Mexico and Ojai, California.
