Vale begins this hot & sexy novella with an alarming statement and the wild ride continues during this intense journey Tyler, Zander and Widowed “Bride”. Yes there’s anal play, vanilla BDSM and plenty of “pleasuring your woman” in this book, but the cast of returning characters from previous books makes this hot & sexy novella makes me wish for more chapters…. 5 Stars!!!!!

Good story a little out of order but well only thing I would change is the way the narrator switch between characters it's not a clear distinction who's talking or thinking so it caused me some confusion

Audible Premium Plus borrow. 3 POV. The Bridgewater Ménage Series, book 7 of 12. Listed as 3 hours 10 minutes; I listened at speed 1.50 for 2 hours 7 minutes. The narrator read well with an average American accent and briefly adopted a Scottish accent. There are unnecessarily long pauses between chapters.
Trigger warnings: a murder; Xander was imprisoned after being convicted of a crime he didn't commit; lots of abusive men; butt plugs; spanking; DP.

Emily killed Frank, her drunk abusive husband, and quickly learned that she would lose their farm. Ralph, the man her husband owed a gambling debt to, somehow knew she killed Frank and threatens to tell the sheriff how Frank really died if Emily doesn't work off Frank's gambling debt. Olivia ('Their Captivated Bride') is Emily's friend and is concerned about her well fare now that Emily's a widow so Olivia decides to play matchmaker with Tyler, Olivia's cousin, and Xander, Tyler's friend. Tyler and Xander go with Olivia to pick up Emily and take her to a picnic. They both express their desire to wed her even though her husband has only been dead a few days. Emily is afraid Ralph will follow through with his threats so after thinking about it overnight she goes to them and they get married. Ralph tracks them down, Xander pays him but they know Ralph won't let it go. Tyler and Xander with the help of Emily and Tyler's parents devise a plan to draw Ralph out and Ralph ends up in jail. Luckily Tyler and Xander discover they love Emily as much as she loves them, they find their HEA, and reveal their secrets to each other. JP
