Story paper thin, inconsistent- it's the 26th century, but everything is the same except now people have magic gifts. Same phones, same way of getting around, same general feel of today
Unintended humor- Bizarrely explicit sex with bizarrely inconsistent reactions- After a particular graphic and detailed event, the primary character found it "unusual but pleasant."
So, wade in, try it out, but... I suspect human authors still have jobs for at least a few more months ;)
