Vlad the Impaler and his Dracul
An extraordinary new myth to the legend of Vlad the Impaler and it is magnificent! Can you tell , I enjoyed listening to it ? Because, yes I did!!
The Long Ride to Hell is only 3 hours and 11 minutes long ; yet , it's a completely developed and well crafted story. It's world built, alone , left me thirsty more more.
Listened to it through my Audible Escape membership. However, liked it so much, I am considering spending an audio credit to have it on my permanent audio library.

Way too cool to be so short!

Narrator Richard Banfield delivered one hell of a weird vampire tale. If you are looking for a quick one, from a different perspective, then this little fucker will do it for you. Richard has a beautiful rich voice and his narration was delivered with perfect cadence and emotion.
The only complaint I have is that the audiobook was way too short. The long ride to Hell through a very short audiobook contained the perfect recipe for epic fantasy. And I could have listened to it for hours. The summary does not do the book justice. The story is about Vlad who is bisexual, and in love with his best friend, Dorin, since childhood. He needs an heir and a queen, but he got much more than he bargained for.
Yip, it’s something to hear. I do recommend it.
