I'm not so sure about this Ruan's story. It would be very dangerous to meet someone in a forest and minutes later enjoy themselves together.
Also, the conversation around meeting each other for the first time seemed too personal. I am not sure that I would tell a stranger my work and home status.

But as a fantasy, there were entertaining moments.

I was given this review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

After a hot day working, Star (in the garden) and Phineas(on the farm) decide to go skinny dipping at the pond, at the same time. They are in the right place at the right time. Story get a bit hot and steamy.
Overall, I was not a fan. I found parts to be repetitive and could not get into the characters. Not a fan of the narrator. Overall, it was ok, just not for me.

Well that's an interesting way to meet someone. The story is a quick listen and good for being "conceived" on Ruan's podcast. Ruan will does her own sound effects as well, so if you enjoy those there's plenty here for you to enjoy.

Not exactly a meet cute! A meet steamy maybe.

A short, risque story. The two characters happen to go to the same lake to cool off after working. He sees her naked and it gets wild from there.
The author narrates this book. She knows it well. But I'm not too fond of her style.

Enjoyable characters - though the dialog is a little immature. The story was fun - and different. Would have given the story 5 stars if there had been a little more maturity and a little more Hot.

This book is so dumb, I just don't have anything good to say about it.
The author is also the narrator, which unfortunately doesn't do this book any justice.
I don't like leaving such reviews, and would rather not say anything, if I can't say something positive, but as I received this book for free in exchange of a review, I don't have a choice.
