I guess Walter Mosley's strength is not in erotica. I liked the story and the flaws of the characters. Overall, it was okay. I think the reason I didn't love this story is bc the narrator didn't appeal to me.

I'm not sure if it's my device or the narrator but there were times it seemed to struggle through the readings. Regardless, I enjoyed this story and the twists. I would/have recommended it to a friend.

Not what I thought it was. The narrator held my attention as the story grabbed hold of me. The ending was most Memorable, Wow!

I loved this book and deeply enjoyed the audible version of it , I feel as though the narrator really brought the artist’s words to life.

I've been a Mosley fan for years. This was the rawest, most explicit piece I've ever listened too. I couldn't stop. Started hot and continued all the way through. I didn't listen to 50 shades of grey, but I can't imagine it was more captivating then this. Can't listen to this in the car ... headsets a must.

I did not expect this from Walter Mosley. It was surprisingly good L was a very conflicting man and went through a lot. Will definitely read/listen to this again.
