I really enjoyed this book and wanted more when I was done. Kind of cheesy yet sexy and a very easy listen. I really enjoyed how the FMC wasn't a pushover even if she was not so sexually experienced.

Most romance books have you so invested in the couple as a whole but this author does a great job of building up and developing each character. Then when events happen in the book you are much more emotionally invested. I loved this book. My new favorite for sure.

Good storyline telling of aRock and Roll band. How the members stick together when life gets ruff. And how love can be the sun to brighten the way to love and family.

Great (if somewhat predictable) story. Character development was gratifying. Strong female, well balanced male, and an antagonist you just want to strangle. A few good sexy bits. Nice epilogue.
The narrators were great- even if their “American” accents were painful on occasion. Free to listen with plus as of this writing, but I would say worth a credit if necessary.

This is my first Lesley Jones book but it won’t be my last. I love a good steamy “love” story but can’t stand it when it’s all steaminess and no plot. When the characters jump into bed in the first chapter, I can usually tell that there will be no substance to the book.
In All The Forbidden Things, Lesley Jones, weaves a multilayered plot that is only better as the main characters realize they have feelings for one another. Of course, things don’t go smoothly, but it wouldn’t be an interesting plot if they did.
One interesting note: I don’t usually enjoy Audible books when the narrators have British accents. Not sure why but that’s just me. However, this book and the story were set in London with narrators using British accents and I loved it. It makes me want to revisit some books I decided against because of the accent.

I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book. I love books where other women cause problems with the lovers, and this book has lots of that.

It was a over all good listen I enjoyed even though I thought it could’ve been a little shorter but i still enjoyed listening

I’m an avid listener of audiobooks, and have too many in my library to count. Often times the genre and romance is repetitive. But because this book was written by an Australian author, I think, I learned a lot of new words that are very British, and had the opportunity to listen to a good story. the woman narrator wasn’t as emotive as she could have been but overall the story of a solid and interesting. The mail narrator and and the subject matter, coupled with the storyline, definitely, who is what persuaded me to continue reading it..
